Data Deletion Instructions

If you'd like Bulwark to delete the personal information we hold about you — such as your name, phone number, email address, or project details submitted through builtbybulwark.com or one of our ads — you can request that at any time using the steps below. How to Request Deletion

1. Call or text us at (732) 440-7474 and let us know you'd like your personal information deleted.
2. We'll ask for enough information (such as your name and phone number) to locate your records and confirm it's really you.
3. We'll remove your personal information from our active systems and confirm with you once it's done.

What Happens After a Request

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases we may need to keep certain records rather than delete them — for example, information tied to a completed contract, invoice, or permit that we're required to retain for licensing, insurance, warranty, or other legal purposes. If that applies to your request, we'll let you know what we kept and why.

Deletion of Data Shared via Facebook or Instagram

If you interacted with a Bulwark ad or page on Facebook or Instagram, you can also manage or remove the information those platforms hold about your ad interactions directly through your Facebook ad preferences. A request to us using the steps above will remove your information from our own records regardless of how you originally reached us.
